Whats been happenin gaizzz?
me? not much, working on graduating, cosplays.
I HAS SEWING MACHINE. -foams-
My friend Hope gave me her really good, really expensive sewing machine as a graduation present after she watched me spend two weeks hand sewing my valor form sora coat in economics.
Which I will also talk about in a bit.
For those of you who don't know, I am going to the University of Northern Colorado in August and I will be at NDk (Nan Desu kan.
You cant see it but I'm wearing my excited face.
At NDK I plan to wear HT!Naminé, Valor form Sora, and Hermione Granger.
Now to explain these things.
Namine is done, we all know this except for the wig.
What happened to the wig? Time happened. it's honestly a shit wig, like compared to
s eponine wig, its a peice of shit. Horrible quality fiber, i bought it used(and the person who had it before me didnt take good care of it), and I shouldnt have attempted to fix a wig like that with my lack of experience.So after trying to defrizz and detangle it in about 8 different ways, I gave up on the wig and cut 6 inches (all the frizzy parts) off.
I was frustrated kay?
Anyway.
Valor Form Sora.
Im so very excited for this character. I have only the base for the coat done (essintially a short sleeve half length hoodie in red)But once i get access to more money i plan to speed it along.
Hermione Granger.
As I've already stated, I'm graduating this year. Which means cap and gowns.
Gowns.
Robes.
Harry Potter.
My robe is purple, which obviously wont work, but since i've spent so much money on it already, I figure I'll get some god damn use out of it. Ima dye it red, or if it refuses to be dyed, I'll use it as a base to make one out of a more manageable black fabric.
So thats my plans so far. I'll probably update again tomorrow with a list of my dream cosplay and everything I plan to do cosplay wise.
I'm also considering flying back to go to Kumoricon. Opinions anyone?
